  It's unfortunate that consumers have to take to social media to receive the fair treatment and responses they justly deserve. I tried to communicate to your Dealership on several fronts, and you chose to ignore me. It's like the old saying goes-actions speak louder than words. You showed little regard for me, or my Family's well-being, when I expressed my concerns about a vehicle that was clearly defective and not in the "certified" condition as it was advertised. Using the excuse of the problem not falling under a vehicle safety just reinforces the fact that you were unwilling to stand behind the vehicle you sold me. And to clarify, the vehicle was brought back because the "necessary" repairs you completed, were not done correctly.

  Purchased a vehicle in March of 2017. Not the experience I was hoping for. Mechanical services are not good, and several failed attempts at installing Transmission Cooler and repairing Sunroof leak. These issues both identified and reported within ten days of ownership. Salesman was not polite or respectful when vehicle was brought back to Dealership. My calls and emails were ignored, and I had to constantly shame them into doing the right thing. Will not be recommending Amfar Auto Sales and Leasing to my friends, coworkers or family.
